Sycon Instructions

The OzRebator is used to recess Puddle Flanges into floors.

Each kit contains:

  1. OzRebator
  2. Cutting Bit
  3. Post
  4. Handle for free diamond blade
  5. Washer for diamond blade.

The items contained in box are all that is required to create a recess in Scyon and particleboard.

Instructions for Scyon & Speed Deck

Before using the Ozrebator, the following safety equipment must be used.

Full length protective clothing, Dust mask, Safety goggles, protective gloves, hard cap boots, hard hat, and ear protection. Remove battery when changing implements.

Note: This tool is designed for a 125mm Battery Operated angle grinder only (m14 thread) - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Apply water to the Scyon

Vacuum for the Speed Deck

 
  1. Mark centre of proposed hole
  1. Place post in centre of mark and secure with 4 x screws (Check it’s secure and rigid)
  1. Attach cutting bit to OzRebator
  1. Attach OzRebator to battery operated angle grinder
  1. Place OzRebator on post. Apply water from spray bottle (to reduce dust). Turn on grinder and move in orbital direction until cut has reached ¾ mm deep.
  1. Turn off battery operated angle grinder and remove. Engage 150mm hole saw to centre of hole. Clean and install puddle flange.
