Concrete Instructions

Before using the Ozrebator, the following safety equipment must be used.

Full length protective clothing, Dust mask, Safety goggles, protective gloves, hard cap boots, hard hat, and ear protection. Remove battery when changing implements.

Note: This tool is designed for a 125mm Battery Operated angle grinder only (m14 thread) - USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Apply water to the following procedures.

Different methods for different scenarios. But this method for 100ml pipe in slab.

Quick Video 

  

  1. Insert internal 100ml cap
  • (can purchase, or insert your own post supplied to a cap)
  1. Core drill 180ml or 230ml (optional)
  1. Washer supplied to fit diamond blade
  • (100mm blade to do bottom recess, 115mm to do top)
  1. Use the nut off an angle grinder
  1. 100ml diamond blade placed on OzRebator with Cradle cutting bottom rebate

      1.  Handheld or with cradle cutting top rebate

      • Cradle sold separately
        1. Once hole is cut insert your puddle flange

        Other Options


        Option 1 

        Hole in concrete with no pipe (can cut free hand with handle supplied), using 100 mm diamond blade internal recess then 115 mm diamond blade for top recess NOTE MUST HANG ON TO HANDLE BEFORE STARTING GRINDER

        Option 2 

        Hole in concrete with pipe (50mm cup grinding wheel can be used with 100mm internal cap(can be supplied or can adapt the post yourself), or can be cut with Option 1.


        NB: Cradle can be supplied with above address. Cradle gives accuracy and safety (apprentices etc)


        Option 3 

        No hole at all:  Can secure post in concrete use cup wheel, then 155 mm hole saw.


        NB:  Washer supplied enables you to adapt diamond wheels. As you can see there are many options to cover, Diamond blades, Cup wheels, Cradle, 155-hole saws can be purchased.
